3. Detailed Working Process Flow
Our standard refinery line ensures thorough, step-by-step purification:
Degumming Stage: Hot water or food-grade acid is mixed with CPO to hydrate and remove phospholipids (gums), resulting in degummed oil.
Bleaching Stage: The oil is treated with activated bleaching earth in a vacuum bleacher to adsorb color pigments, residual gums, and metal ions.
Filtration Stage: A robust filter press or leaf filter completely separates the spent bleaching earth from the bleached oil.
Deodorization Stage: The heart of the process. Under high temperature and vacuum, steam stripping removes free fatty acids (FFA), volatile odors, and contaminants, producing neutral, stable RBD oil.
(Optional) Fractionation Stage: The RBD oil is cooled and crystallized under controlled conditions to separate liquid Palm Olein from solid Palm Stearin, creating higher-value products.
