Product Description

 

Soybean is a very common raw material for oil extraction. Its oil content is in the range of 15.6%-22.5% and contains 35%-45% of protein, It makes soybean a high-quality high-protein and high cost performance oil material.

 

 

 

In the programme of Huatai, Soybean oil extracting mainly includes three sections:

 

• Soybean pre-treatment and pre-pressing
• Soybean oil extraction
• Soybean oil refining

1. Material Pre-treatment

 

In this section, the impurities in the soybean material will be removed and the soybean hulls will be separated. The bean embryo will be broken into small pieces and then processed into a puffed state. The purpose for this arrangement is to create a good production enviroment and minimize the total fat loss, increase oil yield and output and improve the quality of oil and cake & meal.

 

 

  

 

 

 

2. Oil Extraction

 

After sealed screw conveyor put the puffed soybean into exactor, the oil in extruded soybean will be dissolved by solvent, finally get crude oil. Compared with the pressing method, the residual rate of leaching is low (<1%) and offer a better quality meal. At the same time, this solution has the following features:

1. Adopting negative pressure evaporation can ensure excellent oil quality;
2. Extraction system is highly adaptable, and can adapt to different raw material ;
3. All equipments are provided with exhaust gas absorption systems with excellent absorption effect;
4. Full energy-saving design utilizes heat energy for many times and saves steam consumption.

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Oil Refinery
 

Crude oil contains a large number of other ingredients that require further refining. In this section, continuous alkali refining shortens contact tome between oil and lye,which reduces oil saponification state,lowers refining consumption,and improves efficiency;negative pressure state avoids oxygen in the air from contacting with hot oil,thereby ensuring oil product quality ,inhibiting with hot oil,there by ensuring oil product quality,inhibiting acid value to rise again,and lowering peroxide value; physical refining section adopts new type continuous deacidiffication and deodorization craft, the actual production proves its most obvious advantages as following: strong deacidiffication ability ,excellent hot bleaching effect,high refining rate ,good oil quality etc.

Roll soybean particles into flakes with flaking roll,so as to break its cellular structure and then separate oil easier when extracting.   6).Drying. Adjust soybean flakes to suitable moisture and temperature for extraction .   Main oilseed oil yield       Craft Features:   This production process is mechanized, continuous production line and can realize computer automatic control, which according to different oil to adopt different pretreatment, pressing, cooking and extraction process, thus producing high quality meal and edible oils & fats.    1)  Create a good production environment; 2)  Minimize fat loss, increase oil yield and output, and improve the quality of oil and cakes; 3)  Comprehensively utilize impurities and offal; 4)  Different craft design for different oilseeds, and matching perfect extraction production line.   Specification:   30~5000TPD   Process Description: Delivery materials from storehouse to cleaning sieve by feed scraper and bucket elevator to clean out light impurities and then into gravity stoner to clean out heavy impurities, by magnetic separator to remove magnetic impurities again then into round sheller to smash. Clean out skin and shell by winnowing sieve, materials kernels to flake. After cooking and pressing embryo becomes cake, then cake to storage or leach, and crude oil after filter to refine.
