Slightly larger materials can be wedged into the equipment, causing material bypass, which shortens service life and reduces design efficiency. Therefore, it is required to remove large and small impurities by using a cleaning sieve, and to remove metal impurities by a magnetic separator.

The main role of steam cooking is on the basis that flaking machine has destroyed part of cell structure, through water swelling and heating,breaking the oil cell, thereby further destroying the cell structure of the oilseeds; the protein in the oilseed is fully coagulated and denatured, and the colloid is destroyed,which makes highly dispersed fine oil release from the continuous colloidal phase and aggregated into larger oils. Steam cooking mainly uses vertical steam cooker, which is formed by stacking several layers,the structure of each layer is basically the same. There is side interlayer and bottom interlayer. Feeding steam into interlayers to heat and cook the materials. There is vertical axis at the center of the steaming cooker passing through each layer, and two paddle type stirring wings on each layer are fixed on vertical shaft to stir the material layer. The material height of each layer is controlled by controlling the blanking amount. At the same time,there is exhaust steam pipe on each side wall, which is commonly connected with main exhaust steam pipe to discharge evaporated water vapor in the cooking process.

After heating in the refining pot, it is thoroughly mixed with phosphoric acid with a concentration of 85% by oleic acid. Quality is added quantitatively by a dosing pump. Oil and acid are fully reacted to reduce the content of non-hydrated phospholipids; after a period of acidification, the oil is added from the alkali tank to a certain amount of alkali solution and mixed thoroughly. The alkali refining takes a moderate temperature reaction, which reduces the neutral oil saponification and improves Refining yield; adding a small amount of lye to make soap feet and produce adsorption effect to remove impurities in oil, soap feet are released after precipitation is completed, soap feet are recycled. Transfer the degreasing oil to a water-washing pot, add water and wash, and wash the oil to the decolorization pot to dry and decolorize. The water separated in the washing process enters the integrated water separation tank, and the separated oil is pumped into the oil refining pot of the workshop by the refining oil pump, and the separated water is discharged into the water seal tank from the indoor trench to further recover the residual oil in the water.
