Crude palm oil extraction 
Loading ramp:palm fruit unloading, cleaning, storage platforms, all hydraulic segmented discharge.
Threshing: through strong vibrations, the fruit separated from fruit bunches .
Digesting:Stirring the fruit, and digesting again 
Pressing: Separating the pulp and nucleolus obtained CPO and nucleolus, the press machine adopts the double screw helix hydraulic continuous discharge, greatly improving production efficiency.
Sterilization:Using high temperature to make the  fruit bunches soft and sterilization (145 ºC ,90-120 minutes), easy to separate fruit bunches fruit, soft fruit, increasing the humidity of the fruit, it is easy to take the oil but also to make verification easier separation of the core-shell, preventing enzymatic decomposition, to avoid elevated levels of free fatty acids.
Clarification: The oil and the sludge taken out separately (by 90% pure oil) is taken out of the oil containing 45% -55% of the water, sludge and other things.
Purification: oil purification process - improving pure
Depericarper(splitter): Through floating dry processing the fruit core and fibers separated. Fiber and other lighter stuff was blown appearance
Crushing (Crusher): stone cracked open grain separation kernel and shell. In hydrocyclone, the use of kernel and core-shell particle proportion to their separation.
Drying: Continuous vaccum dryer with the oil out of the water, the water can be reduced to 0.1%.
Power house: the use of diesel powered generators and turbine generators, more environmentally friendly energy production and electricity consumption to power.
Steam boilers: has a strong output, high thermal efficiency, stable and reliable operation, overload capacity, fuel, wide applicability, environmental protection and many other advantages.
 

Palm Oil Refining & Fractionation Process
Centrifuge: Adding acid and alkal under a certain temperature, after fully reaction, centrifuge rotating at high speed and separate the oil and soap, under normal condition, the palm oil without centrifuge, also need not add too much phosphate.
Filter: Clay and oil mix liquid through the machine, to separate clay and oil.
Vertical crystallizing tank: crystallization tank through a coil of chilled water temperature to the required temperature, so that the solid lipid to form stable crystal.
Horizontal crystallization pot: crystallization tank through a coil of chilled water temperature to the required temperature, so that the solid lipid to form stable crystal.
Diaphragm filter: separating the good crystalline oil solid fat and oil
Controlroom: this operation panel, operation management can control any equipment in the workshop.
