The whole soybean oil production line includes soybean oil pretreatment machine, soybean oil extraction machine and soybean oil refining machine.The turnkey soybean oil project includes the following three workshops:

1.Soybean pretreatment workshop

It's used to process soybean into suitable condition for extraction through cleaning, stones removal, impurities removal, crushing, softening and conditioning, flaking ,drying and other processes.

2.Extraction Workshop
Oil extraction process is a kind of making oil method utilizing the character that oil in oilseeds dissolves in selected solvent and diffuse together.It is a mass transfer process,also used in chemical operation.Evaporate and strip mixture of oil and solvent according to different boiling points between volatile solvent and non-volatile oil, make solvent vaporization into gas and separate from oil to get crude extracted oil.Solvent can be recycled after condensation.There is some solvent in meal,it needs drying to recover and get dry meal.

1.This units belongs to intermittent refining oil equipment, has all functions of large, small scale intermittent refining equipment, and better than them.

(1). Refining pot: used to P-acid de-gumming, alkali refining de-acid and water rinsing.

(2).Decolor pot: used to remove off pigments, bleaching oils and grease dehydrate. 

(3).Deodor pot: used to remove off oils odor, foreign smells (stainless made)

    Heattransfer oil stove: supply each device production needing heat energy, temperature reach 

    above 280 ° C.

(4).Steam generator: produce the needing steam for de-odoring and distillation. 

(5).Vacuum pump: supply needing vacuum for dehydrate, de-color, de-odor

(6).Press filter: filter clay, filter out clear oil.

(7).Air compressor: blow dry bleached clay, blow empty the leftover oil in the press filter.
