Cooking oil refinery, edible oil refining machine
1. The general section of refinery
Crude oil → Degumming → Deacidification → Decoloration → Deodorization ( → Dewaxing/Fractionation) → Refined oil
2. Classification of edible oil grades
According to their degree of refinery, edible oils are generally divided into 4 grades: 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade.
1st grade and 2nd grade oils have a higher degree of refining. After degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization, etc. section, they have the characteristics of odorless, light color, high smoking point, less cooking fumes, and less solidification at low temperatures. After refining, the content of harmful components in 1st grade and 2nd grade oils is low, but at the same time, many nutrients are lost.
3rd grade and 4th grade oils have a lower degree of refining, and only have a simple process of degumming and deacidification. Its color is deeper, the smoking point is lower, and the smoke is large during the cooking process. Due to the low degree of refining, the levels of impurities in the 3rd grade and 4th grade oils are high, but at the same time, some nutrients are retained.
