Grease is a mixture composed of various triglycerides. At a certain temperature, the process of separating oil into different triglycerides is fractionation. Huatai's oil separation equipment can be used to process palm oil, palm kernel oil, cottonseed oil and other vegetable oils and fish oil, tallow, lard and other animal fats, thereby increasing the added value of oil products.
According to the characteristics of the cooling crystallization and separation process, the oil fractionation process is divided into dry fractionation, surfactant method, solvent method and liquid-liquid extraction method. The application of these methods mainly depends on the required soft fat and hard fat and physical and chemical properties, among which the main emphasis is on the properties of hard fat. Dry fractionation is an economical and effective method. It refers to the method of slowly cooling the oil in the dissolved state to a certain extent without adding any solvent, and then filtering the crystallization to separate the solid ester.
