Huatai Palm oil Processing Technical 
We adopt pressing craft to extract palm fruit oil, the craft is mature and perfect, design is reasonable, self- supply production mode not only save production cost but reduces environment pollution, and it benefits recycling and utilization of resource. According to actual conditions of project country, this project includes oil processing section, water treatment section and power supply section etc.

Sterilization tank: Cook the fruit bunches with high temperature and sterilization (145 ºC, 90-120minutes), easy to separate fruit from bunches, fruit becoming soft, increasing the humidity of the fruit, it is easy to extract the oil and also make the separation of the core-shell easier, preventing enzymatic decomposition to avoid free fatty acids content rising. 

Fruit cages + horizational stailizers

Horizational stailizers have advantages than the workshop no need too high, and  the capacity can be large. 


Vertical stailizer can save workshop area, while its volume can not be too large.

 Digester: crush the fruit into  small pieces, thus can make oil press easily.



Splitter: Separate the fruit core and fiber. Blow fiber and other lighter things outside.


Pressing Machine of Palm oil Processing Equipment: Separate the pulp and nut, get CPO and nut, press machine adopts the double screw hydraulic continuous discharging, greatly improving production efficiency.
