3 Description 

In Extractor, the raw material is steeped in solvent ( Hexane); the oil in soybean will be dissolved in solvent (or extracted by solvent); Then through distillation system to separate the solvent and crude soybean oil.
 
Solvent Extraction:  The meal(cake) comes from pre-pressing plant is conveyed to buffer bin by scraper conveyor. The buffer bin can control the meal level automatically by the sealed valve at the bottom of Buffer Bin. The meal also plays a role as seal in buffer bin, which keeps the solvent gas in extractor., not leak into presing plant. The meal is feeded into each cell. With the slow rotorary of rotor , the meal is sprayed by different concentration micella oil( first different concentration spraying, then fresh solvent spraying ). The drip-dry meal enters the meal outlet device. Outlet meal is conveyed to Desolventizer-Toaster. The miscella oil is handle by meal cyclone. The wet meal fines down directly to extractor. After filtering, the miscella oil sent to storgae tank. Later sent to distillation section. Normally, the meal level in extractor is 2m-3m; the operation time is 90-120min; Temperature is 50-55 celcius degree; residual solvent in meal is less 30%; Micella oil concentration is 20%-25%;
 
Meal desolventizer-Toaster : The meal come from solvent extraction section is conveyed to desolvetizer-toaster by scraper conveyor.  The de-solventizer-toaster consist of 9-10 layers.  1-3 layers( above) is pre-heating section; 4-6 layers is self-evaporation section; the 7 layers is evaporation by direct steam; 9-10 layers is dryer and cooling section;The meal is handle from above to bottom( evaporation, dryer,cooling) to the required standard:  residual oil content is 0.07%; moisture content is 12%; temperature is 40 degree. Then is conveyed to package section.The mixing vapor( solvent,steam,meal fines) enter into Long tube evaporator as heat media. Before that the meal fines is removed by solvent wet catcher.   
 
Miscella oil distillation:  The miscella oil comes from solvent extraction section is removed meal parts by cyclone. Then enter into the vertical type( long) miscella tank to do future nature sedimentation. The miscella oil is pumped into first long tube evaporator. Then pumped into second long tube evaporator.  After twice distillation and separator.  The oil finally pumped into stripping tower. The residual solvent in outlet oil( from stripping tower) is below 0.05%; the temperature is 105 degree.  This standard oil is sent to heat exchanger to down the temperature. After that is pumped to refining section. The Negative pressure in evaporator and stripping tower is created by steam vacuum pump.
 
Solvent recovery:  The mixing vapor ( solvent,steam) come from de-solventizer, first long tube evaporator and second long tube evaporator enter into the condenser to condense.  The condensed liquid is sent to water-solvent separating tank. But after that, there is till another little residual vapor which is sent to Paraffin Oil recovery system. The solvent from separating tank is pumped to solvent storage tank. The water is pumped to boiling tank to remove little solvent( maybe have). Then let it out. It is environmental protection
 
Paraffin Oil Recovery System: Tail gas first enters paraffin absorption tower,and then comes the counter-current absorption of paraffin and tail gas, which can reach the ideal state when the stainless steel packing has large surface area. The solvent content in discharged liquid paraffin( called rich oil) is not more than 5%, so as to ensure the maximum adsorption rate.
 
The paraffin oil is pumped into the heat exchanger to exchange heat with paraffin lean oil, and then goes to paraffin heater, and finally enters paraffin oil recovery tower. In this tower, the steam-liquid heat exchange is conducted on the surface of stainless steel packing surface with direct steam . rich-oil paraffin, which can remove the solvent in the paraffin. This kind of paraffin, also called lean oil, exchanges heat with rich oil, and then is cooled to the ideal absorption temperature through the cooler.Next, it enters absorption tower for recycling. The gas mixture from the analysis tower enters energy saver, and the tails gas from the absorption tower is discharged from workshop with the fan.
