The quenching and tempering tower is mainly composed of three parts: modulation main body, wind network system, automatic display and control system. Depending on the output and the moisture content of the raw materials, the quenching and tempering tower adopts 9-13 layers, and the height of each layer is generally 1m. The hot air layer is divided into equal layers in the quenching and tempering tower. The quenching and tempering tower is mainly composed of a feed section, a steam heating section, a hot air drying section, and a transmission discharge section. A material equalizer is generally installed on the feed section to allow the materials to evenly enter the quenching and tempering tower, and a high level meter can also be installed to ensure that the alarm is raised when the material level is high, or it is interlocked with the feed and discharge transmission mechanism. Automatically adjust the feeding and discharging speed to ensure a certain amount of material; the steam layer generally uses stainless steel oval tubes with large heat transfer area and good heat transfer, and the arrangement of the upper and lower tubes is exactly 90 degrees to each other; the hot air layer uses The angular box used in the popular mixed-flow soybean drying tower; the transmission and discharge section is composed of 4-6 groups of transmission and discharge sprockets and rotary valves.
The main function of the conditioning tower is to adjust the moisture and temperature of the immersed materials to achieve a good leaching effect. It can be used to provide steam heating conditioning for soybeans, rapeseed or other free-flowing grain products.

The oil extruder is mainly used for the pre-treatment of rapeseed, corn germ and other high-oil-bearing materials before leaching and the treatment of various pre-pressed cakes. This equipment is especially needed in the pretreatment section of the rice bran oil production line, which can increase the oil yield, improve the quality of the oil, and reduce the loss of equipment.
The plate dryer is used to dry soybeans, corn, rapeseed, sunflower seeds or their embryos and dregs, so that the materials can get the corresponding moisture, so that the materials can be stored or meet the process requirements.
