About Refining Dewaxing :
The main processes of oil refining include degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization, dewaxing, etc. Manufacturers need to determine a reasonable combination of refining processes according to the type, nature, composition of crude oil and the grade index of oil products.
The seed coat and germ of some oils in edible oil contain wax, such as rice bran oil, camellia seed oil, peanut oil, peony seed oil and other raw materials contain some wax, which will be dissolved in the oil when pressed or extracted to make oil. Wax is a polymer ester combined with a single fat and a single alcohol, which has a high melting point and poor solubility and is not easy to absorb. When the oil temperature is reduced, it will crystallize and make the oil cloudy. The appearance of the product is affected. Therefore, in the production, after the refining equipment refining deodorization process, the oil also needs to be separated by dewaxing equipment to remove the wax in the edible oil.
