Palm Oil Machine
Palm oil machine mainly includes trilization machine,threshing machine,digesting machine, palm oilpressing machine (FFB pressing machine), fiber separation machine and crude palm oil purifcationmachine in palm oil processing plant

      1. Sterllization. Load fresh fruit bunches into terlizing tank, inject direct steam into strilzatlio tank,injectdirect steam into sterilization tank to reduce activation of bacterium and enzyme,avold FFAfrom increasingand improve crude palm oil quality,

      2. Convey sterilized FFB(fresh fruit bunches) to drum separator,separate EFB empty fruit bunches) from FFBthrough rotating, EFB will be sent to pulverize for fertilizer backto orchard.

      3. Thresh palm fruits through special machine, then send them to press with twin-screw oil press, purify toget crude palm-oil

     4. Fiber is conveyed to boiler as fuel.
     5. Processed crude palm oil is mainly consist of solid muddy sand, water and oil. Solid parts are separatedwith viration rotary screen, and crude palm oil is separated by means of statics Heated crude palm oilisentto vacuum dryer by oil pump to remove moisture and stored in crude oil tank Processed sediments isdischarged into sewage treatment chanel,oldls is used to frlil land, steam boilre is mainly usedtosupply steam for generating eletstetesirinin and heting, fuel ls fbers and shlls separated in palm oilproduction process.
