---Process Description of Cottonseed Oil Making Machine :
1.Winnowing Selection
The winnowing section takes advantage of the difference of suspended speed between cottonseeds and impurities, use the wind power to remove the impurities, it mainly remove the light impurities and dust, also meanwhile it can remove part stones and soil blocks, and other heavy impurities, it's the prefered device for cottonseeds cleaning.
2.Dehulling Process
The main equipment is disc huller, also called tooth plate huller, it crushes the cottonseeds shell under the effect of twisting and tearing of insection that on a pair of millstone. This machine adopts high strength alloy steel tooth plate, which has advantages of long using life, good abrasion resistance, convenient maintenance, cheap spare parts, etc.
3.Kernel and Shell Separation
The main equipment is cylinder beating screen, it rotates in different rotating speed and directions, also there are many beating sticks on the shaft, there's certain inclination of top of the beating sticks which close to screen drum's inside wall, which has the function of beating and forwarding, then through screen hole to separate the cottonseeds kernel and shell.
4.Flaking
The purpose of flaking is to destroy the corn germ's cell tissue which can make the oil separated smoothly. Also the flaking machine assembles alloy roller which using life is 1 time longer than common roller and also assembles automatic hydraulic roller tightening system to ensure the average thickness of flakes(≤0.3mm), the whole machine is sealed well.
5.Cooking
Adopts layer type conditioning pot, the max distance between mixing wing and bottom of pot is 5mm for each layer, which avoid the nonuniform of raw materials. The whole pot is wholly sealed to keep the max humidity of the space of raw materials, to reach the best flaking effect and reduce the powder degree.
