1. Continuous alkali refining shortens the contact time between grease and lye, reduces saponification of grease, lowers consumption, and improves efficiency;
2. Decolorization adopts a combination of premixing and steam agitation decolorization process to improve decolorization Efficiency, saving the amount of white clay, simple and convenient operation; the negative pressure state prevents the oxygen in the air from contacting the hot oil, guarantees the oil quality, inhibits the rise in acid value, and reduces the peroxide value.
3.
