Feed machinery equipment process: raw materials preparation to mix, transportation and conditioning - extrusion - - - - drying - - filter - - oil - - to taste - - cooling - (packaging) feed machinery equipment configuration: mix machine, feeding machine and conditioning to expanding machine, the wind to send machine to seven layers of the oven, vibration sieve to hoist, to taste - cooling drum machine, injection machine, packaging machine)

 

Feed machinery and equipment process flow:

1, mixing machine: the raw corn flour, rice flour, soybean flour, meat powder, grain flour, additives, add a certain proportion of water to fully mix evenly.

2, Feeder: the use of motor as the power of the screw conveyor, the mixed raw materials will be transported to the feeding hopper of the extruder, to ensure that the feeding is convenient and fast.

6. Seasoning line: the oil sprayer sprays oil and food attractant, etc. Seasoning cylinder has octagonal cylinder, cylinder, lifting single drum, double drum seasoning line. According to the configuration of output and product properties, the oil is sprayed on the feed surface, and the mince meat and spices are sprayed at the same time to spread evenly.

7. Cooling and conveying: reduce the temperature of frying and feed, promote the solidification of oil, reduce particle temperature, and facilitate packaging.
