1.Cleaning Section:
Before pretreatment, the soybeans need to be cleaned to remove pebbles, leaves, and any impurities that may have gotten into them during transportation. The cleaning section is equipped with vibro separator, magnetic separator, gravity grading stone remover, and Shakron dust removal system.
2. Crushing/Softening/Faking Section:
In order to adjust the properties, size, moisture, temperature of raw materials, and extract more oil, we need to crush soybeans, and subsequent softening, flaking, steaming and drying.
3.Steaming and Drying Section:
The final process to press oil is the steaming and drying.By adjusting the moiture and temperature,to accurately control the raw materials into the pressing conditions,to achieve the best pressing effect.
3.Oil Pressing Section:
Our oil press through special forging treatment,to ensure toughness and hardness,more wear-resistant and durable,to ensure the stability of the machine,longer sevice life.
The oil pressing machien is suitable for extracting oil from sunflower,cotton seeds,tea seeds,flaxseeds,cocoa,coconut powder,peanut,soybean,sesame and corn germ and other seeds.
