Process Flow Description

Measuring & Cleaning
The proposal of measuring is to control the capacity of the plant. Cleaning is very import for thepreparation. Larger materials may wedge between the internal components of the equipment
causing material build-up, which can cause corrosion and shorten the life of the equipment
and reduce its designed efficiency. More important, grain dust and material build-up presents a
hazard for fire. It may require screening to remove large materials, magnets to remove tramp
metals, an aspirator to remove the dust load associated with whole beans.

Toothed roll husking machine 
YBKG series toothed roll husking machine works on the principle that the material flows into the upper and lower toothed rolls evenly through the feeding device. After the change of the speed ratio of each pair of toothed rolls and the adjustment of the spacing, can reduce the load of the toothed roll and the wear degree, increase the service life of the toothed rolls to achieve the best result.

Soybean softening
Vertical softening tank is formed by stacking several layers,the structure of each layer is basically the same. There is side interlayer and bottom interlayer. Feeding steam into interlayers to heat and soften materials. There is a vertical axis at the center of softening conditioner passing through each layer, and two paddle type stirring wings on each layer are fixed on vertical shaft to stir the material layer. There is blanking hole on each layer where equipped with automatic material gate.The material height of each layer is controlled by controlling the blanking amount. At the same time,there is exhaust steam pipe on side wall on each layer, which is commonly connected with main exhaust steam pipe to discharge evaporated water vapor in the softening process,increasing soybean's plasticity to provide conditions for soybean flaking.

Flaking
The sunflower seed kernel adopts paired roller hydraulic flaking machine, and the sunflower seed kernel is pressed into flakes whose thickness is about 0.45-0.55 mm. In the process of flaking, the cell wall of the sunflower seed kernel is damaged under the action of squeezing and rubbing, releasing the oil which is contained in the cell and pressing it into thin slices to shorten the oil flowing path to take the oil out easily during pressing. However, the flakes is not thin as possible. If it is too thin, the powder degree of flakes will increase, and the residue content in  oil will be high.The rolls are made of nichrome alloy with long service life and low failure rate.

Soybean flakes drying
dopt vertical box body,inside with multi-layer drying layers, feed direct steam in interlayer of drying layer to heat, the upper layer of drying plate adopts chain transmission, through multiple stirring to remove the moisture in soybean flakes.The machine has strong dehydration capacity, stable operation, safe and reliable, and can keep the integrity of soybean flakes. It is ideal drying equipment in soybean once extraction process. The machine has features of good sealing effect, low power consumption, energy saving and convenient maintenance.
