The refining section includes sunflower seeds crude oil ,phosphoric acid degum, washed dry, dewax, decolorizing, physical deacidification deodorization, dewaxing, refined oil.
Sunflowers seed through vibrating sieve, wind sorting machine, into sheller, then separate shell and kernel ,then into soft process ,adjust water to 8%-9%,flaking, after cooking pot, into prepressing, oil extracted, filter, efining,prepress oil into extractor, finally get sunflower seeds oil cake and crude oil, then into refining equipment.
