Product Description

Main processes:

1. Sterilization: Use the high temperature to sterilizethe FFB(145°C, 90-120min).

2. Threshing: separate the fruit from the bunch through strong vibrating.

3. Digesting: Stirring the fruit,then digest again.

4. Pressing: Separate the flesh and kernel, get crude palm oil and kernel

5. Clarification: Separate the oil and sludge(get 90% pure oil), the oil contains 45%-55% moisture, sludge and other wastes.

6. Purification: Oil purifying treatment-increase the purity.
