The mixed oil evaporator is mainly used for the separation of oil and solvent in oil, chemical and other processing enterprises, to purify the concentration of mixed oil, so as to meet the process requirements.

The steaming machine is mainly used to remove the solvent in the wet meal in the leaching section, improve the quality of the oil meal, and reduce the residual oil rate in the oil meal.
Characteristics of Huatai DTDC steaming and offline process:

2. DTDC has perfect steaming and taking off machine. It can pre-desolvate, evaporate, dry and cool the wet meal, and can directly pack the desolved wet meal;

The flat-rotation extractor is a widely used continuous grease extraction equipment. Suitable for the leaching of various vegetable oils. Its main features are high material layer, high mixed oil concentration, simple structure and convenient operation and maintenance.
The drag chain extractor is used for the leaching of various oils. The structural feature is that the upper and lower separated ring structures are combined into a unified box structure. The permeability is very good, and the residual oil rate can reach 0.6-0.8%.
The annular extractor is suitable for oil leaching in large oil plants. Its characteristic is that the material can be turned when entering the lower layer from the curved section, making the leaching of the material more uniform and thorough, the material layer is shallow, the wet meal contains less solvent, and the residual oil content can be less than 1% .
